    Alessandro Riondato

    Civil, criminal and real estate law

    Graduated at Alma Mater Studiorum A.D. 1088 Università di Bologna. Practised as a Lawyer in Italy, appointed at the Ordine degli Avvocati di Padova, from 2008 to 2015. Passed the Spanish Ministry of Justice yearly exam to obtain the homologation of the Italian title of 'Avvocato' to the Spanish equivalent of 'Abogado'. He can now operate in both jurisdictions. Bar member of Ilustre Colegio de Abogados de Elche since 2016.

    Pierluigi Riondato

    Civil, criminal and administrative law

    Born in Farra di Soligo (TV) on 8 November 1946. Graduated in Law in 1972. Founded Riondato Law Firm in Padua in 1973. He is a member of the Italian Supreme Court Bar Association. He is an auditor for important companies in the north-east of Italy, a region with an artisanal and industrial vocation. Fiduciary lawyer of some of those companies, he follows their civil and criminal legal cases.

    He has always carried out an intense criminal practice, dealing with cases of national importance including "the murder of lovers" in Verona, the assault on the bell tower of San Marco and Piazza Fontana. Expert in damages from accidents at work and from road accidents, he has obtained compensation of great economic satisfaction for his clients, as they recognize.

    Giancarla Filippetto

    Family, minors and succession law

    Since she graduated in Law, for over thirty years she has worked as an associate in the Riondato & Partners firm. She is an expert in Family Law, Youth Justice and Succession Law. She has handled numerous separation and divorce cases, from the easiest to the most complicated, always working in the interest of the children. At the Youth Justice Court she has constantly obtained the family reunification of minors entrusted to the Social Services.

    She has also solved relevant hereditary issues both in Italy and abroad, collaborating effectively with other professionals and experts abroad.
