Where Europe registers its rights

Alicante is home to the EUIPO, the European Union body that registers trademarks and designs valid across the whole Union. Working a few steps away means handling these matters every day, before the competent authorities, both at registration and in disputes.

We help companies and individuals protect what sets them apart: the name, the logo, the invention, the design, the content. We assess what can be registered, file the applications, and when someone copies or exploits your rights, we act to enforce them.
